Watan ko Jaano : Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday met 250 students from Jammu and Kashmir in New Delhi on Sunday. Interacting with the students, PM Modi taught them to move forward in the future. 250 students from almost all districts of J&K from underprivileged backgrounds are touring the country under the ‘Watan ko Jano’ programme. Students have visited major sites of Jaipur, Ajmer and Delhi.
PM Modi, recognizing the importance of engaging with the youth, took the opportunity to interact with the students personally. The dialogue focused on their impressions and experiences during the journey, creating an open platform for them to share their thoughts and aspirations.
The objective of the program is to give exposure to the youth and children of Jammu and Kashmir. Many students shared their views. While addressing the students, Prime Minister Modi called upon them to know the country. This program took place in the national capital Delhi on Sunday.
Earlier, during the function organized at Raj Bhavan under the Kashmiri Youth Exchange Program Watan Ko Jano, Jharkhand Governor CP Radhakrishnan had interacted with the youth of Jammu and Kashmir and said that, our country is an excellent example of unity in diversity on the global stage.
