Tesla CEO Elon Musk meets PM Modi
Prime Minister Narendra Modi has reached New York on a state visit to the United States of America, where he met Mr. Elon Musk, tech pioneer, business magnate and CEO of Tesla Inc. & SpaceX owner and ceo Twitter in New York, USA. In this meeting, many important topics were discussed between the two.
The PM appreciated Mr. Musk’s efforts at making technology accessible and affordable in various sectors. Prime Minister invited Mr. Musk to explore opportunities in India for investments in electric mobility and rapidly expanding commercial space sector.
Allen looked very excited after meeting PM Modi. Talking about this, Allen said, “I am very excited about the future of India. India has a lot more potential than any other big country in the world. PM Modi really cares about India. But are motivating to invest significantly. I am a fan of Modi. Meeting PM Modi was wonderful and I like him a lot.”
“I am confident that Tesla will be in India and will do so as soon as humanly possible,” Musk said when asked by reporters about Tesla’s plan to invest in India, adding he intended to visit the country next year.
“I would like to thank the prime minister for his support and hopefully we’ll be able to announce something in the not too distant future,” he added.
PM Modi is on state visit of four days from 21-24 June and during this PM Modi will participate in many programs. PM Modi received a grand welcome after reaching New York. From the airport to the hotel where PM Modi stayed, he along with the NRIs were welcomed by the American officials.
