Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) has decided to contest all the 60 seats of the Arunachal Pradesh legislative assembly that go to polls soon.
The decision to this was taken in party meeting, which was attended by NCPs National President Ajeet Dada Pawar, National Working President Praful Patel, and National General Secretary Brijmohan Shrivastav, alongside the State Working Committee led by State President Likha Saaya and other senior party leaders.
Following extensive deliberations, it was unanimously agreed upon that the NCP will actively contest all 60 seats in the upcoming Assembly elections of 2024 in Arunachal Pradesh, states Brijmohan Shrivastav.
“This strategic decision underscores the party’s unwavering commitment to represent the interests of the people of Arunachal Pradesh and contribute significantly to the state’s political discourse, Brijmohan Shrivastav said.
Brijmohan Shrivastav further elucidated that the decision to contest all seats reflects the NCP’s confidence in its leadership in Arunachal Pradesh, their vision, and ability to address the pressing issues facing the state.
He further clarifies that vision of the party by stating that the Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) is a prominent political party committed to upholding democratic values and fostering socio-economic development across India under the leadership of Ajeet Pawar and Praful Patel.
