The trailer released is based on the Indo-Pakistan air war of 1965. Akshay Kumar returns in a fierce, straightforward role as an officer of the Indian Air Force, while Vir Paharia plays a fellow officer. The trailer begins with Akshay giving a powerful warning to Pakistan, as he decides to launch India’s first air strike.
The action picks up pace when Veer Paharia goes missing during the attack, leading Akshay to believe that he is still alive and trapped in Pakistan. Sara Ali Khan appears as Veer’s girlfriend. While Nimrit Kaur is seen playing Akshay Kumar’s wife.
