Distinguished personalities of country conferred “Bharat Vibhuti Samman
New Delhi :  Many distinguished personalities were given “Bharat Vibhuti Samman” yesterday for their remarkable contribution in education, medicine, art, social service and other fields.

This honor was given by “Amrendra Foundation” in a grand ceremony organized at the Constitution Club of India in the capital Delhi. Member of National Women’s Commission Mrs. Mamta Kumari, former judge of Patna High Court Justice Virendra Verma, well-known senior urologist Dr. Anup Kumar, BJP national spokesperson Mrs. Vinita Hariharan, Chancellor Prof. B.N Mishra, National General Secretary of NCP Brijmohan Srivastava and Director of the organization Amrendra Pathak gave this honor.

The program was chaired and coordinated by the founder of the Foundation Mr Navesh Kumar. Music and dance were also presented by selected artists in the program. On this occasion, many people including SAARC Journalist Forum’s Executive Chairman Dr. Samrendra Pathak, Mrs. Deepti Unnat, social worker Hira Lal Pradhan, Prof. Amrendra Jha and poet Vimal Mishra expressed their views in the seminar organized on the topic “Women Empowerment and Gender Equality”.

The personalities who were given “Bharat Vibhuti Samman” include AIIMS’s Senior ophthalmologist Dr. J. S. Titliyal, Senior Urologist Dr. Anup Kumar, educationist Mr. Amitabh Sukul, Mrs. Suman Lata Sharma, senior journalist Ms. Shobhana Jain, educationist Dr. Rajesh Kumar Singh, Dr. Shailesh Chandra Sahay, Dr. Manish Dev and Dr. Kalpana Agarwal. Similarly, Prof. (Dr) Lavi Srivastava, Mrs. Pooja Agarwal and Mrs. Pranami Devi were given “Nari Shakti Vibhuti Samman”.

Mr. Dharnikant Jha and Mr. Brijmohan Shrivastava were awarded the “Samaj Vibhuti Samman”, Mrs. Madhulata Mishra, Babita A. Singh and Pandit Pushkar Mishra were awarded the “Kala Vibhuti Samman”, Mr. Shankhnil Basak, Mr. Gulshan Garg, Mr. Mithilesh Gupta and Mr. Shishir Verma were awarded the “Yuva Vibhuti Samman”. Aarav Joshi, Himsakshi Saini, Poorvika Lotan, Yash Lotan, Mahi Sharma, Kayna Yadav, Jiyash Chaudhary and Aarav Jakhar were also awarded for winning medals in Taekwondo.
