Rajasthan Elections : Voting will be held for 199 assembly constituencies of the state from 7 AM to 6 PM on Saturday. There are a total of 200 assembly seats in the state, but poll on one seat have been postponed due to the death of the candidate. 

A total of 51 thousand 507 polling stations have been set up in the constituencies, where more than about 5 crore 26 lakh 90 thousand Electors will decide the future of the candidates. Also more than 1 lakh 2 thousand security personnel have been deployed on duty to ensure peaceful voting in Rajasthan elections.

Chief Electoral Officer of Rajasthan said that About 2 lakh 75 thousand polling personnel will conduct the voting. Also live webcasting will be done at 26 thousand 393 polling stations. These polling centers will be monitored from the district level control room. He said that  6 thousand 287 micro observers and 6 thousand 247 sector officers have been deployed to conduct free, fair and peaceful elections.

Both BJP and Congress are contesting to form the government. Beside them the parties like Aam aadmi Party Aap Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) and the have also fielded candidates for Rajasthan elections.
